Refunds are issued in accordance with the terms outlined below. By purchasing any service from this website, clients agree to this refund policy.

Refunds for website design, redesign, development, and related digital services are only available if the project is canceled before any work has commenced.
Once work has started, refunds are not provided for hours or milestones already completed.
If a project is terminated by the client after commencement, any payments made for completed work are non-refundable. Any unused portion of prepaid fees for work not yet started may be refunded at the discretion of the service provider.
Deposits or initial payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Refunds for coaching services (including Christian, nutrition, life, relationship, grief, mental health, trauma, divorce, and health and wellness coaching) are only available if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
No refunds are provided for missed or partially attended sessions.
If a coaching package is purchased and the client wishes to discontinue before all sessions are used, a prorated refund may be issued for unused sessions, minus any applicable administrative fees, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session.
Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the service provider. Requests must be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation.

To request a refund, clients must contact the site administrator using the contact information provided on the website.
All refund requests must include the client’s name, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

The website reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
